3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in MYR and are subject to change without notice.
We accept FPX and eWallet only.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping cost will be clearly indicate upon check out.
After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- Within 4-6 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
- Within 5-7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd aim to deliver within 7 working days from order made, but Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd order cut off day shall be 11.59 PM daily. Any order made after 00.00 AM shall be process the following working day. Should order fall on Friday, next working day shall be on Monday.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order, which Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd accept but cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd shall aim to let you know if expected that Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Please note that Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd only deliver orders within states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd deliver in our standard packaging, any special packaging is not applicable.
Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd shall ensures the order is in good and presentable condition before item being shipped out.
You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. Digital Draft IT Sdn Bhd do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, images) is our property and protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
